
Returns and Exchanges:
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied when you receive your earrings for any reason, you may return or exchange them if the following guidelines are followed:
All return requests must be received as emails within 30 days of the shipping date for an authorization number. Include all details for the reason of the return request. No return requests will be considered by phone, only by email.
Once you receive a return authorization number, send the returned item back (showing no signs of wear or alteration) in its original packaging with the original receipt included. Any pair of earrings showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for reimbursement or exchange.
Be sure your item is well packed and insured. The return authorization number needs to be written on the outside of the box. Return packages without this number will not be accepted.

Pay by Personal Check:
Yes, if you prefer to write a check, you may do so for the amount listed on the product page (plus 8.25% sales tax if you are an California resident) and mail payment to DCG Designs, PO Box 920, Nipomo, CA 93444. Please e-mail the order to us. Do not use the shopping cart. Items will be shipped after the check clears or payment is received. Be sure to include instructions on which item you would like to order, your mailing address, email address, and phone number.
Shipping:
Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the date of receipt of payment based on current availability.
Privacy:
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. To process and ship your order, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information that you provide when you purchase from our online store. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
